The innovative project by Huijue Group in Zhejiang Taizhou demonstrates a robust technical solution and efficient execution, ensuring smooth progress and providing strong support for the company’s further development in the energy storage sector. The project is distributed across seven key locations in Zhejiang Taizhou, with each site equipped with a single 215kWh energy storage cabinet. The project has successfully been implemented, with 20 MWh of energy storage installed, offering a new energy solution for local industrial, commercial, and residential users.

  1. The project launched in April 2024, with on-site design planning initiated.
  2. Construction commenced in August 2024.
  3. Installation and commissioning were completed in September 2024.
  4. By October 2024, five sites and 13 energy storage cabinets had completed installation and commissioning, with the National Grid’s distributed power project successfully passing grid connection inspection and acceptance.
  5. Full project acceptance was completed in November 2024, after seven months of work.

Project Advantages:

Technical Advantage: The project utilizes a 100kW/215kWh (narrow-body cabinet) outdoor cabinet energy storage system. The system is mainly designed to perform peak shaving and valley filling functions, with timed charge and discharge control based on the peak and valley time periods at each project site.

Efficient Charging and Discharging: The charging and discharging control follows a 2-charge, 2-discharge cycle, meaning charging during valley periods and discharging during peak periods. The power for single-unit charge and discharge is 100kW, with a discharge depth of 90%, which can be adjusted as needed.

Smart Monitoring: The energy storage system features an internal operation control system that provides comprehensive monitoring and control of device status, fault alarms and protection, event logging, and more.

Environmentally Friendly: The entire energy storage system enhances the consumption rate of clean energy, reduces electricity transmission losses, and contributes to achieving the “dual carbon” goals (carbon peaking and carbon neutrality).
