Air organization

The cabinet adopts a "face-to-face" layout, and the aisle in the middle of the cabinet adopts a ventilated floor. The cold air sent by the room-level air conditioner passes through the under-floor space, and the ventilated floor enters the aisle in the middle of the cabinet, forming a "cold aisle"; It spreads to the upper part of the aisle and both ends of the aisle, so all enters the cabinet; the cold air absorbs the heat dissipation of the IT equipment in the cabinet and becomes hot air to be discharged, and returns to the room-level air conditioner along the ceiling. The hot air is cooled again in the air conditioner and then sent out and enters the bottom One cycle.

3. Centralized cooling of the computer room, the cold air enters the aisle through the electrostatic floor at the bottom of the cold aisle, and the hot air enters the air conditioner through the air return at the top of the computer room.

6. Each movable skylight can realize firefighting linkage. When a fire signal is received, the skylight will automatically open, and firefighting gas can enter the aisle to extinguish the fire.

7. Each aisle is equipped with an emergency stop switch, which can be turned on by the emergency button in a physical way to improve safety and reliability

8. The sealed window of the aisle is made of glass, which is coordinated with the computer room as a whole. The glass used conforms to the GB 15763.2-2005 "Safety Glass for Construction" standard to prevent the impact of glass shattering on the data computer room and maintenance personnel.

9. The movable door is designed as a normally closed state, and is equipped with a buffer automatic closing device, and a push-pull handle is set on both sides for flexible opening.

10. The door and the frame are sealed by wool strips, and the tightness is tight, which can effectively prevent the cooling air from flowing out.

11. A password access control is installed on the outside of the movable door frame of the aisle, and a button switch is installed on the inside. The wiring channel is reserved in the door frame assembly, which has the functions of hiding and wiring.
